My discount code doesn't workUpdated 3 months ago
If your discount code won't apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:
- Discount codes can't be used on subscription items.
- The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
- There's already an item in your cart with a discount applied. We've had to set it up so that there's only one discount code added at a time. Please click the "X" to remove the discount and then enter your discount code again.
If you have checked all of the above and are still having issues with the code, we'll need to see a screenshot of your shopping bag that shows the promo code and all items in your checkout. Please email our customer support.
