IF YOU GAVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT
Email us ASAP (as in, now!) at [email protected] and we’ll do everything we can to update your address or items before your order ships.
Just a heads-up: our shipping team moves very quickly, and we have a very short window to make changes. Once your parcel is packed and on the way, we’re unable to intercept or redirect it.
📦 As soon as your parcel ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. It can take up to 12 hours for that tracking to activate.
Please double check your address carefully at checkout—we are not responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly, and we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to update it in time.
