Which orders are eligible for the guarantee?

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to your first order of a particular product per household. To be eligible, your order must meet the following conditions: 

• First-time purchase of a product - the guarantee applies only to your first order of a particular product from My Way Up. 
• Direct purchase - Orders placed via third-party resellers including Amazon are not eligible for the guarantee.
• Refund request - Refunds can only be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• One unit per product type - We only allow refunds on one unit per product type.

Which products have the guarantee?

Our guarantee is available on all of our products purchased from our website (excluding gut microbiome testing). Please be aware that purchases of our products from third-party suppliers are not covered. 

We don't refund bulk buys of the same product, so if you're uncertain about a product we recommend starting with just one jar. It should be all you need to give it a try and see if it has a good effect. 

Only first time orders of products are eligible for returns. Subsequent orders of the same product do not qualify for a return.
