We work incredibly hard to get your parcel to you quickly, but because we ship with third party carriers once it's with the courier it is out of our hands.
If your parcel seems delayed, here's are the next steps:
Shipping carriers can sometimes experience delays, especially during busy periods, wild weather, or unforeseen events.
Your tracking link (sent in your shipping confirmation email) is the best way to keep an eye on its journey.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your parcel shipped and there’s no movement on the tracking, we recommend getting in touch.
Please note that our customer service team takes a well-earned break on weekends, so if you get in touch then, we’ll respond on the next business day.
